Over the course of a month, ten major Belgian employers - D'Ieteren, Edenred, IBA, ISS, Orange, NMBS,... - experimented with a new, hybrid way of working. Besides working in the office or teleworking, their employees were able to go to inspiring and collaborative coworking spaces of their choosing.

 

How did they organize their work time? What are the pros and cons of this type of hybrid work solution? What is the profile of the employees most interested in this way of working? Zoom in on the results of this survey. These statistics provide a new and valuable insight into the expectations of Belgian employees working in the corporate world in terms of work organization.
